PILGRIMAGE & NATURE- 8 DAYS 7 NIGHTS

(3 nights Kathmandu, 2 nights Lumbini, 2 nights Pokhara)

Highlight: Lumbini: birth place of Lord Buddha

Day 1: ARRIVAL IN KATHMANDU (Meals on Board)

Arrive Kathmandu, meet & greet. Transfer to Hotel. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 2: KATHMANDU (Breakfast)

Breakfast in the hotel. Tour of Patan Durbar Square. Afternoon tour of Kathmandu Durbar Square and Swoyambhunath stupa. Overnight in the Hotel.

Day 3: KATHMANDU – LUMBINI (Breakfast, Dinner)

Breakfast in the hotel. Check out and drive to Lumbini for 8 hours. OPTION: ENROUTE TAKE CABLE CAR RIDE TO MANOKAMANA TEMPLE & RETURN (1 AND HALF HOUR BREAK).  Arrive Lumbini and check in at pre booked Hotel. Dinner and overnight in the Hotel.

Day 4: LUMBINI (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Full day tour starts from 9 am within the Lumbini Garden and different Buddhist monasteries.

Day 5: LUMBINI- POKHARA (Breakfast)

Breakfast in the hotel. Drive to Pokhara for 7 hours.  Check in at Hotel. Overnight in the hotel.

Day 6: POKHARA (Breakfast)

Breakfast in the hotel. Early morning excursion to World Peace Pagoda. Tour of Pokhara valley which includes Davis fall, Shiva Cave, Phewa Lake, Tibetan Refugee camp. One-hour boat rides in Phewa Lake. Overnight in the Hotel.

Day 7: POKHARA – KATHMANDU (Breakfast)

Breakfast in the Hotel. Return Kathmandu over-land. Lunch Enroute at good Local Restaurant. OPTION OF TAKING DOMESTIC FLIGHT AVAILABLE.  Check in at your Hotel. Overnight in the hotel.

Day 8: KATHMANDU- HOME (Breakfast)

Breakfast in the Hotel. Free until departure transfer to the Airport for flight back home.
